(Map Ref: 195/929847) Turn off A351 at Stoborough Green round-about, signposted Furzebrook and Blue Pool. Look out for DA signs. Site on right to rear of No. 51.
Mainly level field, please bring blocks, ramps, etc. Elsan and 2 water taps on site.
On the edge of beautiful RSPB heathland with magnificent views across to Corfe Castle and Poole Harbour. Fantastic area for walking and cycling.
3.5 miles from Corfe Castle, Wareham 2 miles, Poole 11 miles, Weymouth 20 miles. Dorchester 18 miles. Buses to Poole, Weymouth and Bournemouth and along the Jurassic coastline into Devon. Bus stop 10 minute walk.
The closest town Wareham has a good selection of shops and galleries, catering for every taste. There is also plenty of cafes, bars and restaurants, even a small cinema. It is possible to take boat trips from the bustling quay.
Other attractions not far and in the Isle of Purbeck include historic Corfe Castle, Ludworth Castle, Putlake Adventure Farm, Swanage Steam Railway, Weymouth Sea-Life, Bovington Tank Museum and the highly acclaimed Monkey World. As well as lots of sandy beaches.
Just down the road is the ‘Blue Pool’. It is an area of Special Scientific Interest (SSI), some rare plants and animals including the Green Sand Lizard. There is also a museum, gift shop and tea room.

Burford School is situated within walking distance of the very picturesque town center. There is a bus stop outside for all major routes in the area.
Burford is situated in north Oxfordshire, twenty miles west of Oxford, and is considered the southern gateway to the Cotswolds. A beautiful old Cotswold town, its High Street sloping from the high Wolds, where you have beautiful views over the open countryside, down to the willow fringed River Windrush in the pretty Windrush valley. A fine three arched medieval bridge crosses the river at the foot of the hill. The broad main street slopes gently down to the river and is lined with dignified old houses and ancient cottages and many shops all of which appear little changed since Tudor times.
There are wonderful little side streets to explore, old pubs, tea and antique shops aplenty.
Attractions locally include Cogges Manor Farm Nr Witney, Cotswold Falconry Centre, Birdland & Model Village Bourton-on-the-Water. Broadway Tower.The Toy museum Stow on the Wold.

Chipping Norton is a perfect base for touring the beautiful North Oxfordshire Cotswolds. Surrounded by rolling hills and idyllic limestone villages. Oxford and Stratford-upon-Avon are within 20 miles. Chastlon House, Broughton Castle, Blenheim Palace and Rousham are closer still. Chipping Norton (1.5 miles) has an extensive range of shops, tea shops, pubs and restaurants and leisure centre. Market day is Wednesday. 3.5 Miles away is the little village of Hook Norton, which has a very nice pub called the Pear Tree inn with a garden for children to play. Behind the pub is the Hook Norton Brewery open to the public with shop and museum.
Opposite the site is the Countrywide Store which sells amongst other things, charcoal, batteries, pet food, maps, guide books, ciders, wines and beer.
A chippy van visits the site on a Saturday evening.
